ALS Recertification 9th March 2025 AM

09 March 2025

To attend an ALS Recertification Course, candidates must hold a valid Resuscitation Council UK ALS provider certificate that is within 1 year of the date of expiry. If more than a year has elapsed since the expiry of the ALS certificate the full ALS course must be attended.

When you make a booking, you must send a copy of your existing certificate to admin@aatcl.co.uk for verification. If your certificate is invalid (i.e. not issued by the RC UK) or outside of the 1 year recertification window your booking may be cancelled subject to our T&Cs. If you are in any doubt about your eligibility, please contact us prior to booking and we can check your current certificate/status and advise you accordingly.

International Candidates - Please read before booking

While no one anticipates requiring a retest, please note that if an MCQ retest is needed this must be at an RC UK course centre and completed within three months of the course. This should be factored into any travel plans that you are making.

We recommended that you:

  • undergo ACLS or ILS training prior to attending an ALS course.
  • undergo PALS or PILS training prior to attending an EPALS course.
