General Training Questions

We provide accredited healthcare, corporate, and education sector training, including First Aid, Resuscitation, Clinical Skills, Health & Safety, and Mandatory Training.

Yes, our courses are aligned with UK regulatory bodies, including Resuscitation Council UK (RCUK), Care Quality Commission (CQC), Health & Safety Executive (HSE), and the UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF).

Yes, we provide training for individuals, businesses, NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, schools, and corporate organizations.

If you need to cancel a course, we require 10 working days’ notice (Monday to Friday). If less notice is provided, then the following charges apply:

First Aid & Resuscitation Training

The required course depends on your workplace risk level:

  • Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) – For low-risk environments like offices.
  • First Aid at Work (FAW) – For higher-risk environments like construction sites.
  • Paediatric First Aid – For childcare and school staff (EYFS compliant).

First Aid at Work (FAW) and Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certifications last 3 years. Annual refresher training is recommended.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) focuses on CPR, AED use, choking management, and emergency response.
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) is for healthcare professionals and includes airway management, ECG interpretation, and advanced resuscitation techniques.

Yes, we provide RCUK-accredited ALS, NLS, EPALS, and GIC courses, ensuring healthcare professionals meet national resuscitation standards.

The e-ALS course includes one day of e-learning and one day of face-to-face training, offering a flexible approach to Advanced Life Support certification.

Health & Safety & Compliance Training

Yes, UK law (Health & Safety at Work Act 1974) requires businesses to provide adequate health & safety training to employees.

Our training covers risk assessments, manual handling, fire safety, RIDDOR, COSHH, and workplace safety compliance.

If your job involves lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects or people, you need Moving & Handling Training to prevent workplace injuries.

Annual refresher training is required for all staff working in environments where Moving & Handling is necessary.

Mandatory & Clinical Skills Training

Our CSTF-aligned Mandatory Training includes Fire Safety, Infection Control, Safeguarding, Manual Handling, and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Yes, we provide hands-on Clinical Skills Training, including venepuncture, catheterisation, tracheostomy care, and wound management.

  • Yes, we provide Complex Care Training covering spinal injuries, bowel management, autonomic dysreflexia, and advanced patient care techniques.

Course Delivery & Certification

Yes, we offer face-to-face, e-learning, and blended learning options to suit different learning styles and schedules.

Yes, all successful participants receive a certificate, valid for the appropriate renewal period.
